[Clo] Support en écriture sur NTFS

Suite à notre discussion au restaurant Kelsey's hier soir, voici ce qui est utilisé sur Toutou Linux (Puppy Linux) pour accéder en écriture sur NTFS.
NTFS-3G   http://www.ntfs-3g.org/about.html
et un élément très important de ntfs-3G, le FUSE (File system in User SpacE)
